ESWC沉寂了许久之后再次迎来了喜讯，法国知名汽车品牌标致汽车成为了ESWC2010的最新赞助商，该品牌汽车乃是全球十大汽车公司之一。ESWC2010的世界总决赛将于2010年6月30日—7月4日在法国巴黎的迪斯尼乐园举办。届时将有来自至少32个国家和地区的600名电竞选手们汇聚一堂参加比赛争夺高达200，000美元的总奖金。而各个国家的预选赛，也将在这之前的早些时候举行。
