无锡天隆汽车部件制造有限公司位于江苏省无锡市洛社镇312国道旁，专业从事汽车发动机冲压件及焊合件产品及发动机用高强度螺栓/螺母，2001年在广西柳州成立了柳州天隆汽车部件制造有限公司,主要从事汽车发动机系列冲压件及焊合件生产。


Wuxi Tianlong Automobile Parts Manufacturing Co.Ltd, specializes in manufacturing automotive engine parts ，welding

products and high strength bolt / nut on engine. The company started its business in Luoshe , which is a town in Wuxi , Jiangsu and it is adjacent to No.312 high way. In 2001, one subsidiary-Liuzhou Tianlong Motormobile PartsManufacturing Co.Ltd was set up inLiuzhou, Guangxi. This subsidiary has its main business in manufacturing automotive engine parts and welding products .



无锡工厂年生产能力：发动机冲压件系列200万台套，拥有员工150余名，其中高级工程师及技术管理人员20余人。工厂占地面积3.5万平方米，建筑面积约2.5万平方米，固定资产4000万元，上年度总销售额1.8亿元。



The parent company has an annual capacity of 2 million in making stamping parts. Currently, over 150 employees are working for Tianlong Wuxi. Among them, more than 20 of them are senior engineers and technical specialists. The plant covers an area of 35,000 square meters with a 25,000 square meters building area. All fixed assets are 40 million yuan in book value. Last year, Tianlong Wuxi made an annual sales of 180 million yuan.



柳州工厂年生产能力：冲压件系列80万台套，拥有柳州员工120名，工厂占地面积2.8万平方米，建筑面积约1.8万平方米，上年度总销售额8000万元。



The parent company has an annual capacity of 0.8 million in making stamping parts. Currently, 120 employees in Liuzhou Liuzhou. The plantcovers an area of 28,000 square meters with a 1.8,000 square meters building area. Last year, Tianlong Wuxi made an annual sales of 80 million yuan.



工厂有先进的工艺装备及检测手段，设有检测手段齐全的检测室，有光谱仪、三坐标、清洁度仪、金相设备、理化分析设备，机械性能试验机、硬度计、硬度分选检测仪、磁粉与荧光探伤机、万能工具显微镜、水压与气压试漏机、电子轴力计、粗糙度分析仪、盐雾试验机、疲劳试验机等多种试验检测设备。



The factory has advanced process equipment and test method. In addition, we have a fully equipped testing room equipped with spectrograph, three dimensional,cleanliness meter, metallographic phase equipment, physical and chemical analysis equipment, mechanical performance testing machine, hardness tester, hardness separation tester, magnetic particle and fluorescence detector,universal tool maker's microscope, hydraulic pressure and air pressure testing machine, electron axial force meter, roughness analyzer, salt spray test machine, fatigue machine and so on.



无锡、柳州公司于2007年通过了IATF16949质量管理体系的认证，所生产的产品销往全国各地，主要的配套客户为：广汽菲亚特克莱斯勒、上汽通用五菱、吉利集团、FCA集团、上汽集团、日本久保田、柳州五菱柳机动力、潍柴动力、上淮动力、重庆力帆、北汽福田、北汽银翔、一汽锡柴、广西玉柴、安徽全柴等。
