深圳市沐荣科技有限公司简介：沐荣科技有限公司的优势在于模具设计，模具的设计开发能力起着至关重要的作用，公司拥有一支从业15年以上经验的设计团队，在模具制造前，我们的设计工程师和项目工程师一起围绕产品材料的特性、浇口、熔接痕、产品壁厚、变形、缩水等可能产生问题的部位进行分析讨论，并提出各种问题及产品问题的解决方案，从中选出我们认为比较可靠的方案提交給客户确认；待客户确定方案后我们将对每套模具进行模流分析，重点分析产品的熔接痕、变形、填充、冷却和困气，之后，将由我们的设计工程师总结出一份可行性分析报告（DFM）以及模流分析（MOLDFLOW）,再与客户一起进行深入研讨并经客户初步确认后，我们会采用最佳的模具结构来进行2D和全3D模具图档设计，然后我们的设计人员将与生产人员针对设计的模具就加工的可行性进行评审，评审之后修改的图纸经设计部经理审核后会再递交给客户作最终确认。
在模具制造及注塑过程中，公司严格执行：生产过程控制（CPK），产品生产批准程序（PPAP），流程监控，过程改进。1:文档的完整性和可追溯性。2:材料的审核。3:模具和产品的尺寸控制及表面要求。4:加工过程的检测。5数据资料的交付。
我们只与被认可的的供应商，所有材料采购回来公司都要进行检测，我们的模具材料来自于ASSAB、FINKL、BOHLER、LKM、DAIDO。热流道来自于MOLD MASTERS、INCOE、YUDO、SYNVENTIVE等。所有的模具配件都符合：HASCO、DME、PCS等。

MUYOUNG MOULD INDUSTRY LIMITED’s advantage is its mold design. The mold design and development capabilities play an important role. We have our own well-trained and professional design team with more than 15 years designing working experiences. Before mold manufacturing, our designing engineer and project engineer will have a meeting to comprehensively analyze and discuss all possible issues of the parts and molds, such as the part raw material properties, gate, weld lines, part thickness, deformation, sink marks, etc. Then we point out the problems and the solutions We will submit the reliable solutions to customers for approval. After the customer’s approval, we will proceed the mold flow analysis for every mould, and emphatically analyze its gate location, weld line, distortion, filling, cooling, air trap. After that, our design engineer will summarize a DFM and Mold Flow Analysis report and will send to customers for discussing and preliminary confirmation. In the next stage, we will adopt the best mold structure to design the 2D and 3D mold drawing. Finally, our mold designer and tool making leader will review the designed mold drawing for its feasibility of mold processing. The revised drawings released by our designing manager will be sent to clients for final approval.
In the process of mold manufacturing and molding, MUYOUNG will strictly implement the following: Complex Process Capability (CPK); Production Part Approval Process(PPAP); Process Monitoring; Process Improvement.
